Wrapped up warm, I was walking over the hills
to the north east side
of Marlborough, there was nobody about and I saw
this lone oak tree on a ridge.
In the silence of the crisp, cold air
it stood impervious to the weather,
“Look at me” it said,
“I am strong, I give you shelter in rough weather,
I give you my wood to keep you warm and to build your homes
and I will be here for a very long time.
I am a good friend. Be like me.”

These “Magical Months” are based on my original images and embellished digitally.
They are printed on 310gm paper rag Archival paper and are known as Giclée prints.
Unframed and unmounted.
The image is 200mm x 300mm, approx 8″ x 12″, so it’s easy to the find wall space.
They are unsigned open editions.
