Public Relations Specialist

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. This position is ideal for an outgoing, organized, and communication-driven individual who enjoys building professional relationships and representing a company with confidence.

The Public Relations Specialist will support communication initiatives, assist with public-facing activities, coordinate outreach efforts, and help maintain a positive and professional image for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support public relations and communication initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and members of the public.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of promotional events and outreach activities.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and client interactions.
• Prepare and organize communication materials, presentations, and internal updates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and help maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
• Track communication activities and provide updates on ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve public engagement and company visibility.
